MEMBERSHIP FORM
Meetings are free and visitors are welcome. If you would like to join the society, the yearly dues are $25.00 for individuals and $35.00 for families.
To join, fill out and submit the form below. You can mail your dues to the address below or bring them to the next meeting.
You can also use the online option below the form. The online option has the membership form on the payment page. There is an added fee for the processing of the online payment.
